10 000 m²

A brand new building in Louvain-la-Neuve now houses the 245 customer service employees and 209 operational services employees who were previously located in Namur. The impressive complex, designed by Jaspers & Eyers Architects, spans 10,000 m² of offices spread across four floors, with a central atrium and 350 underground parking spaces.

One of the main challenges of the project was to construct a building with an HEQ (High Environmental Quality) approach and low energy consumption. To achieve this, several measures were implemented, including maximizing natural light, installing photovoltaic solar panels, and incorporating a rainwater recovery system.

The project also prioritized soft mobility initiatives, such as providing parking spaces for bicycles and electric cars.

In addition to its environmental features, the project also boasts impressive landscape quality. The gardens surrounding the building are beautifully maintained, and terraces have been developed in front of the car park to further enhance the outdoor space.

Our mission(s)
