A new mortar factory on a 18,000 m² plot for the manufacturer of construction materials Sika Romania, a subsidiary of the Swiss concern Sika Group
The work contracted by TPF concerns the construction of:
- a dry mortar production hall,
- an administrative building,
- parking lots and green spaces.
Built-up area on the ground: 6623.09 m² (production hall: 6151.69 sqm, administrative building: 471.40 m²)
