The Cannes Town Hall and the Communauté d'Agglomération Cannes Pays de Lérins (CAPL) undertook in 2017 a vast program of embellishment and redevelopment of its legendary Boulevard de la Croisette

TPF is involved in the sustainable restructuring of the boulevard comprising:

  • the restructuring of the wet underground networks, 11 km long (drinking water, wastewater and rainwater),
  • the creation of a microtunnel  of 1600 mm diameter over a length of 2.2 km that willl make possible to bring together all the networks and to create a  thalassothermal system 5.8 km long (two chilled water ducts and two hot water ducts) that will recover heat energy from the sea, through waves and currents, in order to supply several buildings, including hotels, with heat and cold.
