Real estate project located along the canal in Anderlecht

"The Quay" project involves the construction of six buildings comprising 87 residential units, 160 student accommodations, and a commercial space. It also includes an underground parking facility with 184 car spaces and 11 motorcycle spaces, as well as the creation of a new public road for pedestrians and cyclists between Quai Fernand Demets and Birmingham Street.

This represents more than 18,656 m² of residential space, 3,566 m² of productive space, and no less than 3,495 m² dedicated to commercial areas.
