A brand new building for ING Bank in Louvain-la-Neuve

The complex is designed by Architect Jaspers & Eyers Architects, and features 10,000 m² of offices spread over four floors around a central atrium, and 350 underground parking spaces.

The challenge was to build a building with a HEQ approach (High Environmental Quality) and low energy consumption:

  • natural daylight optimization,
  • photovoltaic solar panels,
  • rainwater recovery system.

Initiatives have also been taken in terms of soft mobility, such as the provision of parking spaces for bicycles and electric cars.

The project has obtained the BREEAM "Excellent" certification.
