Move'Hub
Move'Hub, an exemplary project in terms of sustainability, designed for a new generation of green and mobile European citizens
Located close to the Gare du Midi station in Brussels, the mixed-use development project Move'Hub will contribute to the redevelopment of the Midi district. This ambitious project, spread across 18 floors, comprises 38 000 m² of offices, 79 housing units including 65 which are dedicated for people with precarious status, retail spaces and a 2 500 m² shared garden.
Meet up, Speed up, Green up … Move'Hub!
Move'Hub offers a new way of working and living in cities
Meet’up:
With 38,000 m² of office space targeting top-tier environmental performance, Move’Hub aspires to reach BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications while aligning with the strict criteria of the EU taxonomy. Featuring dynamic workspaces around a bright atrium, Move’Hub fosters community life, informal interactions, and quality time.
Speed’up:
Rooted in its urban environment and open to public spaces, Move’Hub invites people to connect—whether over a coffee break or through various public and private activities. The project includes a restaurant, a café, shops, offices, and around 72 affordable housing units. Situated at the heart of the city’s most extensive mobility hub (high-speed trains, metro, trams, bikes, taxis, public parking, STIB, De Lijn, and Tec buses), Move’Hub is ideally positioned within a sustainable and connected city.
Green’up:
Move’Hub is driving the city’s (r)evolution—promoting green mobility, 10% below the Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB) standard, non-fossil energy sources, enhancing biodiversity, and green spaces for urban cooling. The building will also utilize innovative solutions such as geothermal energy.
