Construction of the new Marriott hotel in the heart of the Agdal district of Rabat

This project is part of the Arribat Centre project, a mega-project for a multifunctional centre including shops, leisure areas, offices and car parks.

The hotel component involves the construction of:

  • a 190 room hotel,
  • a convention centre,
  • a spa,
  • restaurants.

The project covers a total area of 42,000 m².
