“La Nouvelle Cité” is a renovation project consisting of collective residential buildings situated at the Madelon square in Forest 

The project concerns:

  • the renovation of 181 dwellings including the insulation of the building façades,
  • the replacement of the heating system,
  • the compliance of the technical installations.
