Construction of a car park with 670 parking spaces, including 132 reserved for the Walloon Parliament
The car park is spread over four basement levels, three of which are below water level.
It has free spaces for bicycles and motorbikes, large spaces for people with reduced mobility as well as electric charging stations.
It is intended to be accessible to all and respectful of the environment.
