The project meets the highest current environmental and energy performance standards, and also the specific needs of the institution (volume, aesthetics, integration into urban fabric.)
The new building offers a capacity of 4,500 workstations, approximately 70% greater than the former capacity, for an unchanged gross area of approximately 95,000 m².
The building also emphasizes the latest developments in the field of sustainability and employee well-being.
The facades are aligned with the height of the neighboring buildings in order to blend into the urban landscape.
The project has obtained the BREEAM "Excellent" certification
