As part of a 10-year framework agreement, TPF-i undertook an urban and landscaping engineering design mission for the urban development zone of Linandes in Cergy.

By creating an urban development zone, the urban community started the development of the Plain of Linandes. The aim is to conceive a global urban project which meets the needs of the inhabitants of Cergy in terms of housing, activity and leisure ; a project that envisages the plain as a high performance environmental area and values its “difficult” zones (side of motorway …) thanks to further integration to the main poles of attraction of Cergy-Pontoise.

The Plain of Linandes will comprise :

  • An eco-district of 1500 housing units,
  • A business park,
  • Sports infrastructure (skating rink type), developed in collaboration with the French Ice Hockey Federation,
  • A landscape park of 12 hectares

The challenge here is to develop a design for this project enabling the successful integration of specific sports infrastructure in line with various business activities.
