Accompanying real estate programme in the framework of the reconfiguration of the Velodrome stadium of Marseille and its surroundings.

This program concerns four housing blocks (240 units representing 20,000 sqm), offices (2,000 sqm) and a retail space (255 sqm).

  • Buildings  1 and 3 are housing blocks GF+10 F (with duplex on the top floor)
  • Building 2 is a housing block with ½ retail level on the ground floor and housing units from the ground floor to the 6th floor.
  • Building 4 has 2 office levels (GF + F 1)) and housing units from the 2nd floor to the 6th floor.
  • 227 underground parking spaces + 22 parking spaces in the construction and 33 surface parking spaces.
