Synergia performed a study on the social and land viability of implementing a railroad branch between the cities of Colatina e Linhares in the state of Espírito Santo by the mining company Manabi SA.
Over the second half of 2014 and the first few months of 2015, Synergia conducted the test of physical, land, and socioeconomic registry, as well as topographic test for the evaluation of the Colatina-Linhares Railroad Branch.
This is a study of land and social viability of the previously mentioned implementation whose extension will reach 80 km.
Throughout this study, 93 estates were identified. Synergia’s team visited these properties with the goal of presenting the project to the property owners and to solicit authorization to register socioeconomic status (owners, sharecroppers, leaseholders, and non-owner residents), property registration (notarized documents such as deeds and certificates), physical registration (surveys and descriptions of fixture and chattel land improvements), topography (planimetric maps), and report of the real estate assessments.
