Rehabilitation of the site of “Port du Bon Dieu” by the demolition of existing buildings and construction of two apartment buildings (131 units), a shop, a restaurant, underground parking and the development of a plot and surrounding areas on the link border of the “Meuse” river in Namur.

The total area covers +/- 14,000 sqm of superstructure, and 4,360 sqm of the infrastructure will be occupied by parkings, storage and technical premises.

The complex includes following buildings :

  • B001:  common car parking – 149 places (9 for handicapped people and 13 for visitors), 9 motor bicycle and 236 bikes places, 132 cellars, technical rooms and dust-bin depots.
  • B002:   94 apartments including 1 for handicapped people + 1 shop (Blocks A, B , C, D, G et H)
  • B003: 37 apartments (blocks E et F)
  • B004: restaurant
