The Sustainable Development Plan of the Olho d’Água Pond, in Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Pernambuco, aims at the urban and territorial requalification of the surrounding area, including the implantation of an infrastructure for sanitation, transport and leisure, providing an improvement in the quality of life of the local population.

The participation of TPF ENGENHARIA (former Projetec) in this venture includes, in addition to general urban planning, the elaboration of specific plans in the sectors of urbanism, water supply, land filling, paving, urban cleaning, control of pathological agents and waste disposal. It also includes the planning of economic, social, environmental, organizational, legal and institutional actions. The intervention covers an area of 9 km², benefiting directly a population of 34,566 inhabitants living in five different communities.
