Construction of a new 300-cell prison complex (net surface area 17,373 m2) in Marche-en Famenne as part of a DBFM (design, build, finance, maintain) scheme. The prison is based on the “prison-village” concept and comprises an entrance building, visiting complex, reception complex for prisoners, administration building, logistical services, the cell unit, sports halls and grounds (car parks). The landscaping, sports fields and leisure areas are included as part of the grounds, as well as the exterior car parks.
