JFTC Hotel is localized in residential district, in front of Joint Force Training Centre in Bydgoszcz. Once built, it would be one of the biggest hotels in town and arguably the most prominent architecturally

Hotel is located near Joint Forced Training Centre buildings, at Połtyna Street and Wysoka Street in Bydgoszcz city.

Body of essential building consists of two rectangles broken cantilever above the ground floor from the entrance elevation. On an extensive plan of the ground floor there was designed a simple layout of hotel’s corridors. In the central part of the ground floor is a patio under glass roof.

This building has been designed mainly  as the lodging place for NATO soldiers who are trained in JFTC. Hotel designed as 3-stars would have 180 suites. The building will have 8 floors above the ground and 1 underground level.

The project of building will be adjusted to disable people.

Besides hotel will contain restaurants 200-250 guest and conference room for 250 persons which could be divided for 3 smaller rooms. They will be located in the ground. The conference room will be fitted in the latest technology appliances and audiovisual system.

Additionally, the hotel offers premium lounge area on the top floor with viewing terrace.

There will be garage with 165 parking places for guests and staffs in the underground.
