Consulting services for the preparation of the feasibility study with detailed engineering studies, environmental impact assessment and tender specifications for the construction of the North Interoceanic Railway Line: Yurimaguas-Iquitos. Section length: 555 km.
The detailed engineering studies allowed determining the type of stations to be designed. Initially, the project consisted in two freight stations at the departure points, intended to facilitate the exchange of goods among the different transport modes, especially between river and railway transportation. Financial and technical surveys were also developed in order to design and place the passenger stations and determine the number and location of intermediate stops, to ease the accessibility of indigenous communities to the population centers.
