ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION OF THE STATIONS: Architectural design and electrical installations of Carmel, Teixonera-Coll and Vall d’Hebron stations, electrical substation and depots at the end of Sant Genis line.

Architectural upgrading of vestibules, shafts and connection galleries between the vestibules and platforms as well as all the installations required for the proper operation of the stations, the tunnel between Horta Station and Vall d’Hebron escape track and Sant Genis depots, including: installation of a double electrical connection at 25 Kv, medium-voltage and low-voltage facilities, ventilation, pumping, lighting system, access control, passage control and communications.

ESCALATORS, MOVING WALKWAYS AND ELEVATORS: The large distances between the platforms and accesses required the use of vertical and horizontal transportation systems, including: 8 elevators for persons with reduced mobility (2 of them are meant to bridge gaps of more than 25 m), 9 high-capacity elevators for heights up to 60 m, 10 moving walkways, 10 moving ramps and 43 escalators.
