The creation of the new Esplanade in front of the Guillemins station designed by the Architect Santiago Calatrava will be a unique triangular-shaped public space.

Our experts in road infrastructures and topography have been called upon to produce all the technical designs. This involves drawing up the land registration plans, the layout plans and the sewer network plans, as well as producing the longitudinal and cross sections.

As well as creating a triangular shaped area scattered with green spaces, trees and pools with waves and fountains, this large-scale urban project also includes the route of the future Liège tram, the construction of a bus station (concrete flooring), the construction of a new gyratory intersection between the Rue des Guillemins, the Rue Paradis and the Rue du Plan Incliné, as well as the construction of a new access road for local traffic adjoining the existing buildings.
