This project involved tthe management, supervision, technological control and technical assistance to the Infrastructure Secretary (SEINFRA, in Portuguese) of the Ceará State for the execution of the construction works of the Multiple Usage Terminal at the Pecém Port, in São Gonçalo do Amarante Municipality, Ceará State.

The Pecém Port is an important engineering plant, being the biggest port of the state and na important connection point between the Northeast of Brazil and other continents, like Europe and Asia, acting an important role in the economic development of the Ceará State, generating employment and income as well as attracting foreign capital to the region of São Gonçalo do Amarante Municipality. Moreover, the port has a favored position in the geographical point of view for the traffic of goods between Brazil and international markets.

The supervision of the construction works on the Multiple Usage Terminal at the Pecém Port involved management services of these works, supervision of all engineering activities, technological control and technical assistance to the Infrastructure Secretary (SEINFRA, in Portuguese), responsible for the implementation of the aforementioned terminal on this port, located at the Municipality of São Gonçalo do Amarante, which is a part of the Metropolitan Region of Fortaleza, in the State of Ceará.
