With a capacity of 100 rooms, this hotel of 5,800 sqm, built on the site of the Liège Bierset airport, is operated by the Park-Inn Resort Hotel, a branch of REZIDOR SAS.

The reinforced concrete floors have been constructed on bearing concrete walls.

Due to the very large open ground floor (reception hall, restaurant, meeting rooms, …), high resistance concrete columns have been designed in order to support the upper levels. The ground floor slab has been concreted directly on earth and the structure is founded on low depth concrete footings.

The work execution schedule being very short, the prefabrication has been chosen for the execution of the upper levels while the floors bearing slabs were concreted on prefab elements.
