Ursynow is the rapidly growing district of Warsaw with thriving residential development and constantly growing number of residents. The primary objective of the investment was to relieve the existing road system of the south - eastern part of Mokotow and Ursynow.

TPF has managed and supervised the construction of the Al. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej section – Wałbrzyska Street to the border of district Ursynow along with a part of the flyover of  Ursynow in Warsaw, Phase II. KEN Avenue is classified on the relevant section as the collecting street with 2 roadways (two lanes each), sidewalks on both sides and bike path located on the eastern side. In the section from Bacha Street to Rzymowskiego Street the route is located on the wharf (2 roadways 7.0m, 2.0m central reserve and technical sidewalks on both sides after 2.0m). Investment included the following construction works: construction of roads, flyovers, a footbridge to the bike path and sidewalk, street drainage, street lighting, constant traffic organization, construction of a traffic light at the intersection KEN Avenue and Batuty Street and design of urban greenery.
