This seaside resort project created in the lagoon of Nador, the largest lagoon on Morocco's Mediterranean southern shore, involves the development of 7 areas each providing a base for residential complexes, hotels, sport, leisure and entertainment infrastructures.

The development project Marchica Med covers an area of more than 2,000 ha and aims to develop seven distinct cities : the city of Atalayoun, “the city of the two seas” (la cité des deux Mers), the new city of Nador, “the flamingo bay” (la Baie des flamants), Marchica sport, “the Marchica Orchards” (les Vergers de Marchica) and “the fishermen’s village” (le Village des Pêcheurs).

The city of Atalayoun is a world-class resort built on an area of 45.2 has in compliance with ecological standards and giving priority to renewable energy, wind, solar and recycling of water. The city will be composed of a residential and touristic area covering 28 ha.
