Construction of the new headquarters of BNP Paribas on the same location as the existing one

Eventually the new headquarters of BNP Paribas Fortis will provide a capacity of 4,500 workstations, 70% higher than the current capacity, for an unchanged gross area of 95.000 m².

The project will meet the strategy of consolidation of the main Brussels locations of the Bank. The construction of the Headquarters also fits into an approach responding to the highest environmental and energy performance. Beyond the certifications, the objective is to develop a sustainable building offering the synthesis of our ecological, economic, aesthetic and social expectations.

The new building, developed by the Austrian Office Baumschlager Eberle, will be integrated into the landscape, not exceeding the neighbouring buildings height. The vertical lines are also preferred to match the architecture of the District while a gallery with open spaces will give onto the Ravenstein street.
