Estudio de factibilidad, estudio socio-ambiental y diseño constructivo para la construcción de la carretera que unirá la colonia de La Provincia con el futuro puerto DE Monkey Point (75km).

El Objeto del contrato es proveer acceso al Océano Atlántico a los productos DE Exportación Nicaraguenses a traves del futuro puerto de mercancías Monkey Point. Con esta nueva Infraestructura, el comercio marítimo en el mar del Caribe será más sencilla y producirá un ahorra estimado de unos 100 millones de dólares anuales.

El proyecto comienza en la municipalidad de  Nueva Guinea, 270kms from Managua, en la colonia de “La Provincia” y termina en el municipio de  Bluefields, en la costa atlántica

The original Project starts in Nueva Guinea Municipality, 270km from Managua, in “La Provincia” colony and ends in the Bluefields Municipality, at the Atlantic Coast in the Monkey Point Community. The road has an approximately total length of 75km.

TPF Getinsa Euroestudios (anteriormente Getinsa-Payma)develops the Feasibility Study, Environmental and Social Study as a first stage. It Includes (i) the revision of the existing Studies (ii) study of the most convenient alternatives (iii) Traffic demand study (iv) Topographic studies (v) Alternatives selection (vi) Budgetary Studies (vii) Gelogical and Geotechnical Studies (viii) Pavement Studies (ix) Hidraulic Studies (x) Geometric Study (xi) Traffic and Signalling Studies (xii) Structural Studies (xiii) Final Engineering Study (xiv) Environmental, Social and Economic Impact assessment  (xv) terms of reference for the supervision (xvi) Technical specifications.
The Second Stage of the contract involve the development of the Detailed design of the selected solution including:

  • Preparation of the final road alignment with cross sections every 20m.
  • Technical Specifications and Construction Quantities
  • Detailed Design Drawings for construction and preparation of bidding documents for Construction Phase.
  • All Detailed design Annexes, Including all technical reports for the assessment of the design.
  • Final Social, Environmental and Economic Impact assessment report.
  • Final complete design report
