Active in the areas of Building Engineering, Infrastructure, Water and Environment, Energy and Maintenance, TPF Ingénierie is the result of a merge between regional and national study offices which have been operating for over 50 years on French territory.

TPF-i now has over 450 employees and 30 locations, with a presence in 16 of the 20 largest French cities.
With € 42 million in revenue and a business project based on development and acquisitions, TPF-i is now among the major players in French engineering.

TPF Ingénierie has five subsidiaries:

TPF Infrastructures:  a subsidiary of TPF Ingénierie, TPF Infrastructures is the result of a merge between SETEF, SEGC FONCIER and SEREC SUD EST

TPF Infrastructures operates in the four following fields of activity:

  • Infrastructure:  project management in infrastructure and networks – hydraulics.
  • Environment and Planning: regulatory work and legal assistance in environmental and planning issues.
  • Land management: regulatory work and legal assistance in land management issues.
  • Acoustic: acoustic studies and project management support.

The diversity of these intervention areas allows for an essential sharing of skills. This ensures for a consistent management of development projects.

SECMO: subsidiary of TPF Ingénierie

SECMO is an office of technical studies specialised in Building Structure engineering and acts as a main contractor, particularly in the execution of contracts: design and performance studies, construction economy, construction management and construction site management.
SECMO has specific expertise in complex building structures using reinforced concrete and steel structures.
The study office is active in the following areas: health, major public facilities, education, housing, service industry, car parks, shopping centres.
Founded in Marseille in 1984, SECMO joined TPF in 2008.

MIPI: subsidiary of TPF Ingénierie

Founded in 2011, MIPI is a company active in assembling and engineering real estate projects. It supports public or private main contractors at every stage of project execution, from the feasibility study to work completion.

MIPI has the following responsibilities:

  • Main contractor support
  • Acting as main contractor
  • Consultancy and expertise
  • Technical feasibility studies, financial, regulatory
  • Scheduling
  • Main contractor tendering support
  • Administrative, technical and financial monitoring of tender execution
  • General administrative assistance

MIPI covers the following activity areas: Building: Commercial, Culture, Education, Hospitality / Tourism / Food Industry / Logistics, Housing, Health, Sport, Tertiary. Striving to adapt to challenges and constraints for each project, MIPI works closely with each contractor to adapt interventions to their specific characteristics and requirements.

BETEK: subsidiary of TPF Ingénierie

BETEK is a multidisciplinary design office in the Building section and operates in the principality of Monaco and its surroundings. Analysing the constraints of demanding projects located in complex urban areas, BETEK carries acts as a main contractor and displays exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Located in Monaco, BETEK provides proximity and responsiveness to its customers and partners.

ICR: subsidiary of TPF Ingénierie

Ingénierie Concept  Réunion (ICR) is a design office operating in Reunion and specializing in multidisciplinary engineering for Building and Infrastructure. Founded in 2002, the ICR joined TPF-i in 2014.

ICR offer services in the following areas:

  • Feasibility studies
  • Main contractor
  • Execution studies
  • Construction monitoring

The design office carries out tasks linked to:

  • Consultancy and decision support ahead of project: diagnosis, audit; feasibility; scheduling; budget management
  • Project Design: design studies; project execution
  • Construction monitoring: design conformity; head of works; equipment control; budget and deadline compliance
  • Support throughout the project : administrative management and general organization; acceptance of the works
